- Put our games inside frames or apps on other websites, unless we offer an official embed for it

- Reverse engineer our games, except where the law clearly allows it
- Remove our logos, copyright notices or credits
- Use the site for anything illegal or harmful
Our games and brand
The ZoomyGames name, logo, the Zoomy mascot, our game names (such as Grillionaire), artwork, code, music and text are owned by ZoomyGames or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. We give you a personal, limited permission to play our games on ZoomyGames. Everything else is reserved.
You're welcome to share links to our games and post screenshots or videos of your own gameplay, as long as you don't suggest that ZoomyGames endorses you.
Feedback and ideas
We love feedback and game ideas. If you send us any, you agree that we may use them freely, without owing you payment or credit. Please don't send us anything you want to keep confidential.
Ads and other websites
ZoomyGames may show ads and link to other websites. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Changes and availability
We're always improving. We may change, update or remove games and features at any time. We can't promise the site will always be available or free of errors, but we'll do our best.

ZoomyGames and our games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Take breaks, and play responsibly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ZoomyGames is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data such as saved game progress, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using ZoomyGames after an update, you accept the new terms.
