In Grillionaire you start with buns, patties and lettuce, and every level brings something new, up to level 20. This page lists all of it. For strategy (what to buy first, how scoring works, special days and trophies), read the Grillionaire guide.
Toppings, sauces and patties by level
A burger costs $5 with one patty. Each topping or sauce adds its price, and each extra patty adds $2. A soda from the fountain is $1.50 on top. Tips come on top of all of that.

How orders are stacked
Customer tickets always follow the same logic, bottom to top, so once you know it you can build faster:
- Bottom bun (sometimes with a sauce right on it)
- Patty, with cheese right on top of it when the order has cheese (on a double, cheese can sit between the patties too)
- Bacon and fried egg, close to the meat
- Vegetables: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, jalapeños, mushrooms, pineapple
- Sauces (at most two per burger)
- Top bun
How many toppings and sauces one order can have grows with your level:

Once you have double patties, a bit over a quarter of orders ask for two. After level 15, some ask for three. New ingredients show up often right after you unlock them, so you get to use them.

Premium Buns add $1 and Premium Patties $1.50 to every burger once you own them.

Upgrades are bought from the Upgrades button between days. Each level of an upgrade unlocks at its own player level. Buying every level of everything costs $17,120 in total.

Sodas
The Soda Fountain ($180, level 4) pours cola and orange soda; its second level ($520, level 10) adds lemonade and fills cups twice as fast. Drag a cup under the nozzle of the right flavor, wait for the lid and straw, then drag it to the customer. A soda pays $1.50 plus a small tip right away and gives the customer some patience back. A customer who ordered a soda and didn't get one tips less.
